We aren’t settling on what we are known for or what made us famous. The SOL team is the cutting edge of innovative Mexican food and drinks, informed and inspired by frequent trips to Mexico. We are always learning and growing. We bring it home to share with our guests at special events, like Mezcal Luv and Mole March, our twice-yearly menu changes, and a lively roster of seasonal specialty drinks.

When we saw the growing love for the flavors and experience we had crafted, we knew it was time to find a permanent home. With a larger space, an expanded menu, and a passion for sharing authentic Mexican cuisine, we began regular service. That was five years ago, and we’re still serving up bold flavors today.
We’ve come a long way from our humble beginnings—now with 12 chefs and 10 servers bringing each evening to life—but our dedication remains the same. When you dine with us, expect vibrant flavors, beloved traditional dishes, and a warm, lively atmosphere that feels like home.
